Management Trainee

We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Production Department. This role is designed for fresh graduates or entry-level who are eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing and operations field.

Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the full operation of the production department.

Assist in planning and coordinating daily production activities.

Support warehouse management including stock control and logistics coordination.

Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.

Assist in supervising and managing production staff and workers.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Perform tasks assigned by supervisors and support cross-department collaboration.

Prepare basic reports and maintain records related to production and warehouse activities.

Requirements:

SPM & above

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
