What you'll be doing

Responsible for formulate and drive recruitment strategy in building pipeline to ensure alignment with recruitment targets.

Constantly on tracking and reviewing the progress and effectiveness of Quality Recruiters.

Strengthen brand reputation through online marketing for digital initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders

Generate performance report to support and develop targeted agencies segment.



What we're looking for

8 - 10 years and above of working experience under Business Development/ Agency Recruitment/ Bancassurance within the financial services space

Good in data analytic skills such as Power BI, and preparing power point presentation slides

Experienced in driving Agency channel will be an added advantage
