Job Summary

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting business objectives in compliance with company policies and industry standards within the oil & gas industry.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise departmental operations and activities.

Lead and support team members to achieve operational goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and industry standards.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on operational matters.

Monitor operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.

Review reports, operational documentation, and project progress.

Support planning, budgeting, and resource management activities.

Assist management in achieving business and operational objectives.



Requirements

PhD / Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and operational priorities.
