Manager, Leasing

Job Responsibilities :

To be responsible for the Rental Revenues for assigned portfolio under Property Investment Division.

To identify, communicate and negotiate effectively with tenants and prospective retailers.

To plan action plan to ensure yield and occupancy are achieved as per KPI set by Management.

General regular reports on leasing performance, including occupancy rates, revenue forecast, provide insights and recommendations to Senior Management based on the feasibility studies or market trend.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional activities that enhance the overall attractiveness of the mall to potential tenants and customers.

To manage and foster positive relationships with tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.

Able to develop feasibility studies on market trend (marketing and leasing point of view).

Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit-out, operations and analyse tenants' sales and overall performance.

To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements :

Diploma/ Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 10 years relevant working experience.
