Manager, Process Utility Treatment (PUT) System

Lead and manage all aspects of PUT system operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, spare part management, system parameter monitoring, supplier management, and business process setup.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards (RBA, ISO, EU, FM, etc.).

Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and expansions to support capacity growth and new product/technology needs.

Act as the on‑call manager for high‑priority issues to secure business continuity.

Develop and oversee Departmental Performance Indicators (DPIs) aligned with business and customer needs.

Prepare and manage annual budgets for operational (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditures.

Provide technical expertise and lead technical staff to resolve equipment/engineering issues using data‑driven methodologies.

Identify, assess, and manage risks, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation planning.

Provide necessary information to management and internal customers for planning and decision‑making.

Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
