Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

PMO Governance & Standards

Implement PMO policies, frameworks, methodologies, and standards across projects

Ensure project compliance with governance processes and approval requirements

Maintain consistency in project documentation, templates, and controls



Project Portfolio Management

Support management of the overall project portfolio and project pipeline

Coordinate project prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning

Track project status, risks, dependencies, and escalation items



Project Delivery Support

Monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations

Support project managers in applying best practices (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)

Assist in resolving project issues and critical roadblocks



Stakeholder Management

Liaise with department heads, senior management, and project stakeholders

Prepare materials for steering committees and governance meetings

Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership

Reporting & Analytics

Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and management reports

Track KPIs such as project progress, budget utilization, resource capacity, and delivery performance

Analyze data to support decision-making and business planning



Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency and governance

Standardize tools, systems, workflows, and reporting processes

Support digitalization and PMO transformation initiatives



Team Leadership & Capability Building

Supervise PMO executives/coordinators where applicable

Coach project teams on project management standards and tools

Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning culture



Job Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management / PMO environment

Strong exposure to IT projects, preferably in banking or financial services

Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred

Experience in RFI/RFQ processes, SOP development, and end-to-end project delivery

Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios

Experience in portfolio management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
