Manager, Risk Management

Perform risk assessments on each of the functions, departments, and divisions of the company e.g. processes, products, reserving, and investment.

Manage and support the company’s risk assessment across financial, operational, and sustainability areas, including ICAAP, liquidity risk, product risk, outsourcing risk, RCSA, incident reporting, and climate scenario analysis.

Provide support to the Head of Risk Management in maintaining an open and effective working relationship with the regulators, external auditors, senior management, and other stakeholders.

Provide financial and operational risk expertise and advisory to business units from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the company’s risk policies and standards.

Drive the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities and integrate ERM with business risk management.

Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in the company.

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Actuarial / Insurance / Risk Management or other relevant filed of studies.

Minimum 8 years of experience Enterprise Risk Management, in the following related functions Financial Risk, Insurance Risk, ERM and / or Operational Risk.

Knowledge of Sustainability Risk Management would be an added advantage.

Knowledgeable in key business functions and good understanding of the key risks.

Possess problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills, analytical and technical skills.

Strong relationship, management, interpersonal & time management skills.

Skills in Microsoft Office, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Programming and data analytics.
