Manager, Supply Chain Management

Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including inbound, outbound, returns, and reverse logistics

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management, space optimization, and safety compliance

Optimize logistics processes through continuous improvement initiatives and technology implementation

Monitor logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.) and initiate corrective actions when necessary

Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs, and import/export policies

Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals

Manage logistics budget and control logistics costs effectively

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

At least 8–10 years of logistics and supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge in MS Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)

Preferably with working experience in logistics company
