Mandarin Customer Service - CN Market (Travel)

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for answering online inquiries from clients in China, Taiwan, and other countries, providing effective solutions to their needs.
-Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
-Exceed client expectations in customer service and providing accurate information.
-Work as a team to achieve required KPIs and SLAs.

Job Requirements:
-Must be fluent in both Chinese and English.
-Must be able to read and write Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and English.
-24/7 shift work (5 days a week, 9 hours a day).
-Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or higher.
-No work experience required.
