Mandarin Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Mandarin Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide professional support through phone, email, or chat. The role involves responding to customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining good customer relationships, and ensuring a positive service experience in accordance with company standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Hours：
-5 days per week
-rotational shift from 7 am to 12am
-9 hours per day including 1-hour rest

Salary Package up to 4k

Location: Subang Jaya UOA Business Park (near LRT & KTM -- Subang Jaya Station)
