Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer enquirers through phone and digital channels
2. Provide accurate information and suitable solutions
3. Assist customers with account, product and service enquiries

5. Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system
6. Meet service quality, customer satisfaction and performance targets
