职位描述
-Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
-Provide professional support to Mandarin-speaking customers
-Fluently in English
-Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
-Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
-Meet individual and team performance targets (KPI & SLA)
