Mandarin Speaker Customer Service Executive

• Salary Package: RM2.8k - RM3.2K
• 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
• 1 WEEK paid training is provided.
• Location: Nearby LRT Kerinchi

Requirement
• SPM holders only
• Speaking Fluently English and Mandarin
• Available to work (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm
•/5 working days and 1 rotational off days including working weekend or public holidays. (Fix Sunday Fixed Off Day)
• Passionate on customer experience related tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• You are required to work on site at Kuala Lumpur Office
• Available to start work on Aug 2026
You are responsible in,
* Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services
* Build and maintain good relationships with clients
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
* Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities
