Mandarin Technical Support (Electronic/Mechanical Engineering)

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Engineering or above,(or any related field Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical/IT, etc.)
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and efficient teamwork.
Language Skills: Good written and spoken English and Mandarin (can be used as working languages).
Other Requirements: Flexible thinking, strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via email and online platforms, provide technical support for electronic/mechanical products, and follow up on orders throughout the entire process.
Coordinate with internal production and logistics departments to ensure efficient delivery of customer orders and resolve any unexpected issues during the delivery process.
Maintain customer relationships, handle after-sales issues and complaints, and regularly collect and provide feedback on customer needs to optimize service processes.
Support the achievement of team goals and adapt to both day and night shifts.
