Troubleshooting product & process issues and implement creative improvement plans to resolve production bottlenecks.

Providing training and development to team members.

Keep accurate records as per SOP.

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Follow shift schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Practice good 5S and 3F and maintain cleanliness in the production area.

Report abnormalities or issues to the superior.
