Manufacturing Training Specialist

Job Description
Partner with local, regional, and global Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and Manufacturing representatives on identifying, developing and evaluating training materials.
Work closely with the global learning team to drive training in the manufacturing environment globally.
Develop and maintain training materials for the online learning library in SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
Recommend effective training solutions.
Maintain close contact with all manufacturing sites globally with colleagues in different roles.
Make regular visits to local manufacturing sites in Malaysia (i.e. Seremban and Melaka) to understand operational needs and constraints and pilot test concepts.
Help ensure compliance with ISO standards and local procedures.
Help standardize and evaluate training solutions and create synergies to ensure efficiency in training across all countries.
Review existing training to assess suitability and curate training programs.
Work with various training creation tools.
Becoming one of the subject matter experts of the LMS. Select or develop instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials to support administrators of the LMS.
Demonstrate business insight and provide solutions in response to individual and team needs.
Research and review external training programs and materials to provide the best solution.
