Key Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship: Ensuring all guest-facing collateral (digital and print) follows strict brand guidelines and global standards.
Public Relations: Acting as a spokesperson, managing media relations, and handling crisis communications.
Campaign Management: Developing and executing annual marketing plans for various departments, including:
Rooms: Targeted digital campaigns to drive bookings.
Food & Beverage (F&B): Promoting hotel restaurants, seasonal menus, and local guest engagement.
Events & Spa: Marketing wedding packages, MICE (meetings/conventions), and wellness services.
Digital & Social Media: Overseeing content strategy, influencer partnerships, and online reputation management (responding to guest reviews).
Stakeholder Liaison: Partnering with Sales, Revenue Management, and regional digital teams to align campaigns with commercial goals.
Marketing Calendar: Maintain a master marketing calendar, map out public holidays, peak/low seasons, local festival, and planned campaigns at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure the team has ample lead time.
Influencer partnerships: To study and survey on influencer criteria (e.g., engagement rate, audience demographic, aesthetic fit). Negotiate contracts, deliverables (e.g., 1 reel, 3 stories), and usage rights. Deliver a clear creative brief to the influencer and track the ROI via custom promo codes or tracking links.
Core Requirement
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Require 4 to 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury hospitality.
Language Skills: High proficiency in written and verbal English & Chinese is essential for crafting press releases and communicating with international stakeholders. Multilingualism is a significant advantage in multicultural hubs.
