Marketing Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate and track POSM production and distribution to outlets
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, purchase orders, invoice submission)
- Liaise with vendors on quotations, production, and delivery status
- Assist in preparing and updating campaign records and reports
Support communication of promotion details to retail outlets

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum SPM.
- Min 1 year experience. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, including VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of retail promotions and marketing materials
- Basic communication and follow up skills in English and Bahasa - Malaysia (Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good organization and coordination skills
