We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our marketing and business operations as a Marketing Assistant (MA) / Personal Assistant (PA). This role plays a critical part in ensuring both internal execution and external coordination run smoothly.

As a Marketing Assistant (MA) / Personal Assistant (PA), you will provide strategic and administrative support to leadership, including handling external communications, coordinating with vendors and partners, conducting market research, and preparing reports. You will also help streamline schedules and priorities to maximize productivity and decision-making efficiency.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Assistant (MA) / Personal Assistant (PA) Job Description:

Focus: External coordination & strategic support (communication support)

Key Responsibilities:

Support R&D activities (market trends, competitor insights, new ideas)

Assist in branding initiatives and brand consistency efforts

Coordinate with outsourced partners (vendors, freelancers, consultants)

Handle external communication on behalf of the team or leadership

Support ad hoc marketing and business-related tasks

Prepare reports, summaries, and key insights for decision-making

Assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and priorities

Ensure the Director’s time is optimized for high-value tasks
