Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Execution

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

2. Brand Awareness & Promotion
Promote the company's products, services and brand through various marketing channels.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, business partners and potential clients.
Explore new ideas and approaches to strengthen the company's market presence.

3.Team Collaboration & Performance
Work closely with team members to achieve marketing targets and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions and marketing initiatives.
Prepare marketing activity reports and provide regular progress updates.
Take initiative in exploring new ways to improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with a strong interest in marketing and business development.
- Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
