Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Communications Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies for our property development projects in Cambodia, while supporting proposal writing and occasional event-related communications in Malaysia. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a hybrid environment—crafting campaigns, refining brand messaging, and driving engagement across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus - 60%)
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies (digital, print, events) for property launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and performance tracking (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce marketing collaterals (brochures, ads, website content).
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies for Cambodia’s property development sector.

2. Proposal & Business Development (30%)
• Write, design, and refine winning proposals for property development projects and partnership pitches.
• Translate technical project details into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of case studies, testimonials, and past project successes for future proposals.

3. Event & Cross-Portfolio Support (10%)
• Assist in event marketing strategies (e.g., property launches, sales gallery openings) when required.
• Support the Events Team with copywriting, signage, and promotional materials for Malaysia-based projects.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing execution, preferably in real estate, property development, or agency settings.
• Proven ability to manage social media, ad campaigns, and branding initiatives.
• Strong proposal/pitch writing skills—portfolio samples required.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite (basic), Meta Business Suite, or Google Analytics (a plus).
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin (advantageous but not mandatory).
