Marketing Executive (Creative Agency)

Scope of Work:
-Act as the central point of communication between clients and our creative team.
-Brief Development: Craft detailed and inspiring briefs that set the stage for innovative and compelling advertising campaigns.
-Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and adhere to quality standards.
-Proposal and Presentation Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop persuasive proposals and presentations that captivate clients and effectively convey our creative vision.
-Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations.
-Billing Oversight: Manage billing processes by sending quotes for each handling project, obtaining purchase orders (POs) from clients, and assisting the finance team to complete billing to client finance departments.

Ideal Candidate:
-At least 1 years experience in relevant industry, prefer mandarin speaker.
-You are a vibrant communicator with a knack for persuasive writing and strong interpersonal skills.
-You have a keen eye for detail and an ability to juggle various tasks efficiently.
-You thrive in collaborative settings and are adept at nurturing client relationships.
-Experience in an advertising agency or related field is highly advantageous.
