Marketing Executive (Fresh Graduates)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated fresh graduate to join our marketing team as a Marketing Executive. You will support marketing initiatives and campaigns across various platforms to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).

Support content creation for social media, website, and email newsletters.

Coordinate with external agencies and internal departments for marketing activities.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

Assist in organising marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy planning.

Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms.

Support in the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).

Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field.

Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital platforms.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Creative, proactive, and a team player with a keen eye for detail.

Added Advantage (not mandatory):
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

Internship experience in marketing or branding.

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, Meta Business Suite).
