Marketing Intern

Job Responsibilities:-
Ability to moderate online and offline conversations with realme users.

Responsible for day-to-day running of the community, creating the best and most engaging content for fan base whilst bringing new audiences.

Manage and responding to comment, feedback, enquiry and response to complaint professionally in timely manner.

Capable to handle multiple concurrent tasks and able to work under tight deadlines.

Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.

Build relationship with potential; customers and industry professionals.

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.

Organize events related to fans and community such as fans gathering, orientation with fan community.

Work with the affiliate Marketing, Sales and brand teams to enhance realme public relations image.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.

Support content development for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and social media engagement.

Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, and vendors when necessary.

Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering.

Provide on-ground support for events, roadshows, and activations.

Perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by immediate superior.



Job Requirements:-
Candidate at least a student of Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field.

Familiar with social media platforms (eg. Tiktok, RED(XHS), Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8)

Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Creative mindset and responsible

Knowledge in basic designing / video editing software is a plus

Able to travel to office (based in Uptown Damansara)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable evidence of ability to generate content.

Excellent understanding of local communities.

Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver.

Strong project management and execution abilities.

Allowance rate RM1,000 per month

Working days : Monday to Friday

Working hours : 9:00am to 6:00pm (Lunch break : 12:30pm - 2:00pm daily)

Public Holiday observe (Selangor State Public Holiday)
