About the role

Earnback Tech, an innovative and dynamic technology company based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy and initiatives, driving brand awareness, and delivering exceptional results that align with the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

-Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses digital, social, content, and traditional channels

-Overseeing the creation and deployment of all marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials

-Collaborating with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the company's growth efforts

-Analysing marketing performance data and providing insights to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement

-Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to ensure they are equipped with the resources and support to succeed

-Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

-Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities

What we're looking for

-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry

-Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth

-Excellent project management and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

-Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, content marketing, and email campaigns

-Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
