The company is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join its growing team. Based in Kuala Lumpur with a flexible remote working arrangement, you will play a key role in leading marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing business relationships, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives to ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered successfully.

- Act as the primary liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams, coordinating resources to ensure smooth project execution.

- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee day-to-day project operations.

- Drive business development initiatives and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

- Coordinate both online and offline marketing activities while supporting brand-building and marketing strategy execution.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, digital marketing developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations and innovative marketing ideas.



Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or related fields.

- Proven experience in project management and team coordination, with the ability to lead projects independently.

- Demonstrated ability to independently manage client accounts and deliver successful marketing campaigns.

- Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. Candidates with an existing client network will have an added advantage.

- Experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or digital/new media marketing is preferred.

- Comfortable working in a remote working environment, with the flexibility to attend client meetings, networking sessions, presentations, and events as needed.

- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.

- Monthly salary of up to RM5,500
