Matcha Crew - The Exchange TRX (SUPER MATCHA)

Requirements
-Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
-Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
-Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
-Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
-Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
-For casual position, candidate must be available to work during peak hours especially lunch hour, able to work for long term, minimum 3 months is a plus point.
-Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as matcha, pastry etc.
-Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
-In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
-Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
-Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
-Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
-Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
-Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.
