Material Planner

Job Descriptions:-
-Execute MRP runs, analyze system output, and generate work orders to meet production schedules.
-Review customer orders and forecasts, align material availability, and adjust plans as needed.
-Monitor on-hand inventory and prevent material shortages or overstock.
-Maintain and verify BOM and master data in the MRP system.
-Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:-
-At least Diploma in equivalent field.
-At least 2 years of experiences in MRP/Planning environment.
-Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (E.g. SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
-Strong Excel and data analysis skills, good understanding of BOM.
-Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with China counterpart.

Project Planner

Job Descriptions:-
-Develop, maintain and update project timeline from project kick-off to mass production.
-Coordinate and track all activities related to NPI, including tollong, engineering and material readiness.
-Identify and track potential project risks; propose mitigation plans and escalate issues when necessary.
-Communicate project status and delivery commitments to customers or internal stakeholders.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse) to ensure milestone completion.
-Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:-
-At least Diploma in equivalent field.
-At least 2 years of experiences in project coordination or planning.
-Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (E.g. SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
-Good command of Excel and planning tools. Strong in planning, coordination, communication and risk management; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
-Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to liaise with China counterpart.
