Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description
Design and develop products using 3D CAD (SolidWorks) — from concept to production-ready drawings with proper tolerancing and revision control
Translate customer requirements into practical, cost-effective and manufacturable engineering solutions
Prepare and maintain detailed engineering, fabrication, and assembly drawings
Develop technical documentation including installation guides, load rating datasheets, and product specifications
Design and build testing jigs, fixtures, and validation setups for product evaluation
Drive continuous product improvement for manufacturability, efficiency, and performance
Provide technical support to Production, Sales, and Customers during design, fabrication, and installation stages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are accurate, practical, and production-ready
Participate in innovations and initiatives outlined by management
Job Requirements
Positive attitude with a proactive, “can-do” mindset and willingness to learn
Proficiency in at least one major CAD software (Preferably SolidWorks)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think independently and propose practical solutions
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Hands-on understanding of fabrication processes (e.g. sheet metal, welding, machining) is an advantage
