📝 Job Summary

We are hiring for a medical cable manufacturing company and currently seeking a Medical Cable Quality Engineer. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, handling customer complaints, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining quality standards in manufacturing operations.

我们正在为一家医疗线缆制造企业招聘品质工程师，主要负责产品质量管理、客户投诉处理、问题分析及质量体系维护，确保生产过程符合行业标准与客户要求。

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and quality documentation
开发、实施及维护质量控制程序及相关质量文件。

• Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished medical cable products
监督原材料、在制品及医疗线缆成品的检验与测试。

• Analyse quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
分析质量问题并协助推动纠正与预防措施（CAPA）。

• Investigate customer complaints and support quality improvement initiatives
调查客户投诉并协助推动质量改善工作。

• Support production teams to ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory requirements
协助生产团队确保产品质量符合客户及法规要求。

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve process efficiency and product quality
与生产、工程及供应链团队合作，提升流程效率与产品质量。

• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation
维护准确的质量记录、检验报告及相关文件。

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
确保符合质量、安全及环境相关标准要求。

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Control experience in manufacturing environment
具备2–5年制造业质量保证或质量控制相关经验。

• Experience in medical device, cable, or electronic manufacturing industry is an added advantage
具备医疗器械、线缆或电子制造行业经验者优先考虑。

• Familiar with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001 / ISO 13485
熟悉 ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 等质量体系与标准。

• Experience in handling NCR, CAPA, and quality documentation is preferred
具备 NCR、不符合项处理、CAPA 及质量文件管理经验者优先。

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
具备良好的分析、问题解决及沟通能力。

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
工程、质量管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
