📝 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for data center projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, coordination, and ensure all systems are delivered to the highest standards.
我们正在招聘一位经验丰富的机电经理，负责数据中心项目的机电系统（MEP）管理工作。该岗位将主导项目执行、协调各方资源，并确保机电系统高质量交付。

📋 Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all MEP works for data center construction projects.
负责数据中心项目所有机电工程的整体管理工作。

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
协调业主、顾问、总包及分包单位的工作。

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
监督机电系统的安装、测试及调试工作。

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
确保工程符合技术规范、安全标准及项目进度要求。

Manage project progress, technical issues, and site coordination.
管理项目进度、技术问题及现场协调工作。

Support project delivery and ensure smooth handover.
支持项目交付并确保顺利移交。

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
本科及以上学历，机械或电气工程相关专业。

Minimum 8–10 years of MEP experience in construction projects.
具备8–10年以上机电工程经验。

Must have experience in data center projects.
必须具备数据中心项目经验。

Strong knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, and fire protection systems.
熟悉暖通空调、电气系统及消防系统。

Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
具备良好的团队管理、协调及问题解决能力。
