Mixed Rice Head Chef

Requirements
-Proven relevant work experience in a similar role (Mixed Rice / Economy Rice / Asian Cuisine preferred).
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
-Strong sense of responsibility, cleanliness, and teamwork.
-Must be fluent in Mandarin.
-Work location: KL/Klang Valley
-Working hour 9am-9pm

Responsibilities
-Plan and prepare a variety of mixed rice dishes according to company menu and quality standards.
-Supervise kitchen assistants in food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure taste consistency and hygiene compliance.
-Monitor ingredient usage to effectively control food costs and minimize waste.
-Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, complying with all food safety regulations.
-Coordinate with the central kitchen to ensure timely and efficient supply of ingredients.
-Track stock levels and liaise with the purchasing department for restocking needs.
-Develop new dishes or refine existing recipes to improve variety and customer satisfaction.
-Train, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance skills and work efficiency.
-Promptly report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to the supervisor.
-Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work atmosphere within the kitchen team.
