Net Programmer

Key Responsibilities
Gather, review, and analyze user requirements to develop effective system solutions that support business and operational needs.

Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and internal systems.

Develop new applications and system enhancements based on business requirements and process improvements.

Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability, security, and performance.

Enhance and maintain existing applications by modifying program codes and improving functionalities.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.

Provide ongoing application and system support, resolving user issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the IT Manager.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, software development methodologies, and industry best practices.

Participate in on-call support duties based on the standby roster and respond within an acceptable timeframe when required.

Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development.

Fresh graduates will not be considered for this position.
