Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese)

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur
💼 Employment: Permanent
🌙 Shift: Permanent Night Shift
📅 Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday roster)
🎯 Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service

Requirements :
* Onboarding Dates : Sept 2026
* Salary: Up-to RM 4,000–RM 4,500 + Allowances
* Benefits : Annual Leave, Medical Leave, etc.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
* Minimum education SPM required.
* Minimum 6 months in Customer Service.

Responsibilities :
* Answer inbound calls, outbound calls and/or online chats pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback
* Raising issues to next levels related to the company's products if required.
* To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
* Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
