Job Description

1)Maintains laboratory equipment performance by establishing quality standards, developing operations, quality and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring staff compliance, arranging equipment replacement, service and repair

2)To monitor the laboratory test and updating of test result performed by laboratory staff.

3)To perform necessary chemical analysis using Chemical Laboratory instruments while ensuring compliance to the approved procedures and standards.

4)Maintains record and manage all aspects of testing activities.

5)Responsible to approve the content of certificates of analysis and analytical testing reports.

6)Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.

7) Responsible for the housekeeping (arrangement, etc) of the chemical lab.

8)To monitor staff's competency and provide necessary trainings to all staff under their responsibility include substitutes when regular personnel are absent.
