Job Description

Job Responsibilities


Omnichannel Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute the omnichannel roadmap aligned with business goals

Integrate online and offline experiences (e.g., click and collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle)

Customer (CX) Experience Optimization

Ensure a consistent and frictionless experience across all touchpoints

Map and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey

Use customer insights, feedback, and data to drive enhancements

Commercial Performance

Drive sales growth across all channels with unified approach

Monitor KPI such as conversion rate, basket size, traffic and fulfillment performance

Collaborate with marketing and merchandizing to align campaigns across channels

Digital & Store Integration

Work closely with retail operations to embed digital into physical stores

Enable store teams to support omnichannel services (e.g., order pickup, returns)

Ensure operational readiness for omnichannel initiatives

Data & Analytics

Analyze customer behavior across channels

Generate insights to improve personalization and targeting

Track and record on omnichannel KPIs

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with commercial, marketing, supply chain, P&C, IT, store operations and any relevant departments

Act as the central points of coordination for omnichannel initiatives



Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail operations, e-commerce, digital, or omnichannel roles.

Proven experience in integrating online and offline business models to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Strong commercial acumen with solid operational understanding in a retail or omnichannel environment.

Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and the ability to drive business initiatives effectively.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed business decisions.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.

Good understanding of the retail technology ecosystem, including POS, OMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.

Possess strong leadership, collaboration, organizational, and planning skills.

Able to handle confidential documentation and P&L information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
