Requirements

Minimum education: Diploma and above
Required skills: Microsoft Office, Attention to Detail, Typing Speed
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Tertiary education qualification; experience in the F&B tech industry is a plus.
Ability to type in both Chinese and English is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High level of accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities

About the Role

You will provide invaluable assistance in ensuring restaurant merchants have a smooth transition to using Eats365’s F&B solution. You will help customers with importing their menus into our F&B solution, which is the significant first step for Eats365 onboarding, as well as aid in setting up optimum system configurations and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Your role is invaluable to both the Eats365 team and to customers, alike



What You’ll Do:

Showcase your attention to detail by inputting restaurant menus into Eats365 online portal and POS accurately and efficiently.
Master the best practices in Eats365 menu management system to help you work more efficiently.
Work as part of a team by supporting System Specialist on setting optimum system configurations for customers.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks.
