Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse

Prepare the operating room before surgery (equipment, instruments, sterile environment)
Assist surgeons during procedures (scrub nurse or circulating nurse role)
Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and ready
Monitor patient condition during surgery
Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Count surgical instruments and materials before and after procedures
Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery
Provide post-operative care and transfer patients to recovery
Document procedures and patient information accurately

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Valid Nursing License (e.g., LJM in Malaysia)
Post Basic / Certification in Perioperative Nursing (preferred)
Minimum 3 years experience in Operating Theatre
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
