Job Description

This internship position available from September, 6 months internship are preferred. Full time available. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Established in 2006, Vivahomes Realty has grown into one of Malaysia’s most established real estate agencies, continuously evolving over the past two decades. We’re always on the lookout for fresh talents, and we welcome students from all backgrounds to join us as interns.

At Vivahomes, you won’t just learn — you’ll be part of something exciting.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Liaise and coordinate closely with the Branch Director and
branch admin on all administrative matters.

2. Prepare, issue, and verify invoices for project cases as well as
subsales cases.

3. Support the Business Development team by gathering and
compiling property-related information.

4. Maintain and update project listings in company systems,
including data entry for project cases and commission
distribution.

5. Organize, file, and maintain records of appointment letters.

6. Handle and respond to agents enquiries as required.

Job Requirements :

1. Proactive, responsible, with a positive attitude and strong
result-oriented mindset.

2. Cheerful and outgoing personality.

3. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle
pressure well.

4. Minimum internship period of 4 months; candidates available
for 6 months are preferred.
