Operation Executive-Mandarin Speaker Needed

Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin, both oral and written
Candidate must possess at least a certificate / diploma in related field.
Able to work as Saturday alternative.
Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area including outstation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
Must experience minimum three years’ experience in retail fashion and accessories industry.
Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth execution of all operational matters within assigned stores.
Conduct regular store visits to assigned locations; communicate with staff to identify and resolve any pressing issues.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments on operational matters, as well as with all store managers or individuals in charge of stores.
Lead and oversee store manpower planning, manage performance, and develop staff.
Monitor sales performance, conduct market research, and propose effective plans to enhance sales.
Develop standard operating procedures related to store operations.
Generate and compile relevant management reports for analysis according to the brand's needs.
Support and enforce the achievement of the brand's goals and objectives.
Coordinate with all relevant HQ department personnel or managers to compile all necessary documents/reports before the given deadline.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
