OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and manage store/warehouse arrangements.

-Monitor daily operational activities and resolve issues efficiently.

-Plan and coordinate transportation for timely delivery.

-Liaise with internal departments (production, store, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.

-Maintain proper records of operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

- Support management in implementing operational improvements.

-Handle other tasks or assignments as instructed by the superior.

Employee Specification

-Minimum Education Qualification: STPM

-Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in related field

-Special Skills: Able to coordinate transportation effectively

-Other Requirements:

-Able to work shift

-Good communication skills

-Strong problem-solving skills

-Team player
