Manage and monitor customers' AI Live operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new AI Live customers, including account setup and system activation.

Follow up with customers to collect pending information, documents, product details, scripts, and other required materials.

Assist customers in setting up AI Live campaigns and ensure all configurations are completed accurately.

Monitor live sessions and identify any technical or operational issues.

Provide first-level customer support and resolve basic enquiries in a timely manner.

Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and escalate system issues when necessary.

Ensure customers' AI Live sessions run smoothly and according to schedule.

Guide customers on best practices for TikTok Live and Shopee Live operations.

Coordinate with the content team to ensure product information, promotions, and live scripts are updated.

Track customer progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM or internal system.

Follow up with inactive or pending customers to encourage activation and continued usage.

Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional after-sales support.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
Assist with testing new AI Live features before release.

Support internal projects and operational improvements when required.
