• 具备零售业或门店运营管理经验者优先

工作职责

• 负责门店日常运营及整体管理
• 监督补货、商品陈列、库存管理及产品品质
• 管理团队排班与员工工作安排
• 确保门店环境整洁及营运流程顺畅
• 处理日常营运问题并持续优化工作流程
• 根据业务需求支援及协调各门店运营事务
• 监督并提升客户服务质量及顾客满意度
• 协助达成门店销售目标及营运指标

Are you passionate about retail operations and ready to lead teams towards excellence and business growth?

Yong Long Fresh Meat & Frozen Foods is looking for a dedicated and capable Operations Manager to join our growing management team.

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Yong Long Fresh Meat & Frozen Foods Branches
Working Hours: Shift-Based Schedule

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proactive, responsible, and highly execution-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Own transportation and willing to travel between outlets when required
• Able to work on shifts and support branch deployment arrangements
• Experience in retail operations or outlet management will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily outlet operations
• Supervise stock replenishment, product displays, inventory control, and product quality
• Prepare staff rosters and manage workforce scheduling
• Ensure outlet cleanliness and smooth operational flow
• Resolve operational issues and continuously improve work processes
• Coordinate and support operational activities across multiple branches
• Monitor and enhance customer service standards and customer satisfaction
• Assist in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
