Operation Manager

Requirements

Minimum Diploma qualification (Degree is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in operations or management is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in data analysis and understanding operational metrics.
Familiarity with ERP systems or operational software is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
Able to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless workflow across all departments.
Drive productivity, efficiency, and quality through continuous process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve high performance and growth.
Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Establish and enforce policies while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and control operational costs.
Collaborate closely with other departments to align with company objectives.
Prepare clear operational reports and present performance insights to senior management
