OPERATIONS ASSISTANT -SENTUL, KUALA LUMPUR

Scope of Work:
1. Laser engraving customer names on products such as wallets according to orders.
2. Wrapping customer orders neatly, including ribbon tying and packaging parcels according to set standards.
3. Sending parcels to delivery hubs such as J&T or MBE every day according to the delivery schedule.
4. Ensuring that each order is processed and fulfilled in batches systematically and according to schedule.
5. Managing and conducting stock take periodically to ensure inventory records are always accurate and updated.
6. Assisting in the quality inspection (QC) process to ensure products meet company standards.
7. Working Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm & Saturday: 9.00 am-3.00 pm.

Characteristics:
1. Aged from 20 - 29 years old.
2. Diligent and disciplined.
3. Likes to work with a team.
