Operations & Incubation Associate – Semicon

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and support startups throughout the incubation programme (onboarding, training, progress tracking)

• Work closely with founders to ensure engagement, delivery, and programme outcomes

• Organize training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities

• Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners (industry, investors, institutions)

• Identify and support evaluation of high-potential startups and investment opportunities

• Handle day-to-day operations and logistics of the programme, including local travel across Malaysia

Who You Are

• 3–8 years of experience in in a relevant field (semiconductors, technology, consulting, venture capital, or investment)

• Strong interest or exposure to the semiconductor value chain

• Highly proactive, organized, and execution-focused

• Comfortable working directly with founders and multiple stakeholders

• Curious about new technologies and venture building

• Based in Kuala Lumpur
