Operations Manager - Kelana Jaya

Key responsibilities include:
-Leading daily logistics and offshore operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution across all modes of transport.
-Coordinating rig mobilization/demobilization and vessel layup projects while adhering to client requirements and local regulations.
-Key liaison with authorities such as Customs, Marine Department, Port Authorities, and local councils.
-Supporting business development by identifying opportunities, preparing quotations, and collaborating with commercial teams.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
-Leading, coaching, and developing operations and customer service teams to ensure competency and performance.
-Monitoring budgets, KPIs, productivity, and operational costs to achieve profitability.
-Ensuring HSSE compliance and risk management across all operational activities.

What we’re looking for:

Qualifications & Experience
-Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines preferred; minimum Diploma required.
-At least 7 years’ experience in logistics/forwarding; 3 to 4 years in rig support, vessel layup, or marine/offshore operations.
-Proven track record in managing operations teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and logistics software.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) is required.
