Operator Production

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Ensure product quality meets company standards.

Monitor production processes and report any issues to the supervisor.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Comply with production schedules and daily targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: High School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent.

Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage.

Physically and mentally resilient – able to work in hot and noisy environments.

Able to handle pressure and strict instructions – comfortable working under supervision and meeting deadlines.

Strong and tough-minded – committed to achieving production goals.

Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Additional Skills:
Basic knowledge of workplace safety.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Positive attitude and proactive approach.
