Outlet Manager - Petaling Jaya

Requirements
-Open to Malaysian only.
-No limit of education is required.
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Food and Beverage industry
-Passionate about Food and Beverage and customer service.
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise outlet operations (front & back of house)
-Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent service
-Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards
-Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
-Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve outlet performance targets
-Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
-Prepare reports for management
