Outlet Supervisor

Requirements
-Customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
-At least 1-2 years of working experience in F&B operations / retail (supervisory role is an added advantage)
-Minimum SPM / Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business, or related field
-Able to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
-Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
-Familiar with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
-Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
-Positive leadership attitude and willingness to guide team members
-Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Possess own transport or able to commute to Setia Alam / Klang area
-Fresh graduates or candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
-Oversee and handle daily shop operations
-Manage customer orders, payments, and service quality
-Operate and monitor food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
-Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
-Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
-Communicate with customers and gather feedback for improvement
-Ensure safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are maintained
-Supervise and guide team members in daily tasks
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
